    THERAPIST

Are your a couple, individual, or family struggling overcome disconnection? Are you experiencing a growing sense of isolation or miscommunication that is quietly eroding away your relationships? I’ve seen how stress, shifting roles, and emotional distance can make even the most caring people feel unheard or misunderstood. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their patterns, rebuild trust, and reconnect with themselves and one another. Through a blend of evidence-based strategies and genuine compassion, I guide families toward healthier communication, deeper empathy, and lasting change. The result is not just symptom relief—it’s stronger relationships, restored confidence, and a renewed sense of harmony at home. I hold a Master’s degree in Education Administration from the University of the Pacific and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide. I am a marriage and family therapist and have completed Gottman level 1 and 2 training. I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals using Solution Focused and Gottman Method Interventions. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, blended families, and couples preparing for marriage. I provide therapy in-person and online for people located in Ohio.

    THERAPIST

Do you struggle to feel emotionally safe or open in your relationship with yourself or others? This can leads to disconnection, anxiety, and a sense of being misunderstood or alone. I've seen how hard it can be for someone to share their truth when they’ve been hurt, judged, or never learned how to express themselves clearly. As a therapist, I help people build emotional safety by teaching effective communication skills and guiding them toward greater self-awareness. I utilize my strengths, such as listening and genuine empathy, to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. When people feel safe, they can explore the parts of themselves they have kept hidden and start to build trust, both in themselves and in their relationships. I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families navigate mental health challenges. I earned my undergraduate degree from Ohio University and a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. I have completed Gottman Level 1 and Level 2 training and enjoy working with couples and families incorporating Gottman Method strategies.  I specialize in working with individuals experiencing psychosis, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide therapy online for people located in Ohio.
