Are you feeling disconnected from your partner, overwhelmed by family conflict, or struggling with anxiety, trauma, or major life changes? Whether you're seeking couples therapy, marriage counseling, family therapy, individual therapy, or premarital counseling, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting change. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, miscommunication, emotional distance, or uncertainty. Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you from the life and relationships you want while building healthier communication, deeper emotional connection, and practical skills that continue long after therapy ends.

I earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from the University of the Pacific. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my work is grounded in evidence-based care, including Levels 1 and 2 of The Gottman Method and Solution-Focused Therapy. I specialize in helping couples rebuild trust, improve communication, recover from relationship distress, prepare for marriage, navigate blended family dynamics, and heal from trauma. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. I provide both in-person and secure online therapy for adults, couples, and families throughout Ohio.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my warm, direct, and practical approach. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and concrete tools, so you'll leave sessions with greater clarity, actionable strategies, and confidence in your ability to move forward.
