Are you a teen that is feeling unheard, misunderstood, or disconnected from your true self? Do you carry self-doubt, emotional pain, or internal conflict that makes it hard for you to trust yourself or feel confident in your ability to grow? As a person-centered therapist, I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and a genuinely empathetic space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Through unconditional positive regard, authenticity, and deep empathic understanding, I help clients reconnect with their inner strengths and develop a clearer sense of self. When clients feel truly seen and accepted, they begin to access their own capacity for insight, healing, and growth. Over time, they gain greater self-trust, emotional clarity, and confidence in their ability to navigate challenges allowing a movement towards a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who they are. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and a Southern New Hampshire University graduate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and a Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Psychology, a Minor in Sociology, and a Concentration in Childhood Development. Over the past 5 years I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety and trauma experiences. Currently, I am working on completing her PhD in Counseling Psychology to further deepening my clinical expertise and commitment to evidence-based practices..
